The hotel was conveniently located, with clean and functional rooms making our stay pleasant. The welcoming and kind service made us feel at home. Despite not being in the heart of Bournemouth, the location was still convenient for our needs and offered a tranquil setting with lovely ponds to enjoy. The dining experience, although nice, felt a bit rushed. Overall, a good value for money option with friendly staff and relaxing facilities.
